Santorini in the Travel & Leisure's Top 10 Islands Overall
Travel and Leisure's readers voted for Santorini this year for one more time.
The Magazine's 13th annual Poll results have Santorini - as the only greek island in the Top 10- in the 8th place among the best islands - destinations in the world and the 1st place among the european islands.

Ιt is remarkable that Santorini was also for 2007 the most favorite island among the european ones and was ranked as 9th for 2006 and as 2nd for 2005 in the Top 10 Islands Overall Table.

The event was succesfully watched by thousands of Santorini visitors
"Ifestia" have been enactedyears ago.
It is a combination of events and happenings, organixed by the Thira Municipality and having on top the virtual volcanic explosions, every year during August.
The target is a better, more complete and more spectacular approach for an event, where awe and scene compose an unfogetable experience for the audience.
